We like updating sites

recently_completed_PVWe really like when our clients come back to us to update their websites, especially when we did the first one. It’s normal, time goes on and styles change; we like to keep up with that. So when PennVet decided they wanted a revamp we were all for it. We loved their first site (I mean of course we did) but it was also fun to bring new life into an old project, especially a project for a client like PennVet Working Dog Center. PennVet brings together individuals who are scientific, passionate, curious, and enthusiastically engaged in the quest for knowledge. Their passion for everything from training dogs to research of veterinary practices and newly emerging diseases in veterinary medicine is part of what makes them a leader in their industry.

Echoing the old, Bringing in new

We design sites with clear messages for clients that deserve as much attention as PennVet Working Dog Center does. This being the case, we have a big bold image area on the home page for a big bold statement. The content within the site has also been re-organized. Instead of having numerous pages in a drop-down main navigation the site has been split into four main sections with sub-pages under each. Each section’s landing page has its own feel as well. We did keep the original color scheme of the older PennVet site with a few adjustments; there is less emphasis on the blues in the theme and more on the nice maroon color. You can see the new look and feel including their extensive terminology section at pennvetwdc.org.
