For sites built before our 2022 parent theme update. Your site still gets the full protection package, we just can’t do some of the fancy new maintenance tricks yet.
For sites built on our current foundation. More comprehensive maintenance, better performance optimization, and we can keep your site running like new instead of needing a complete overhaul every few years.
Shopping carts, learning management systems, and member portals get custom pricing because they’re more complicated – Stacy decides what makes sense.
Sites on our newer base theme (we lovingly call her the 22 Parent Theme) have the ability to receive modular updates. So instead of spending thousands every few years to keep your site current, we update components regularly so it loads better, is less likely to break and is safer from hackers.
We do these things, they just aren’t covered in our Safe Site plans. When we run into these situations we give you a solution (or two) and a quote for you to approve.
Fair warning: If you decide to install random plugins or make major changes that blow up your site that’s not covered under Safe Site either. 99 times out of 100 we can bail you out, but there’ll be a rescue fee involved.
Safe Site websites are enrolled during the website build process – no sense waiting until after launch when your site could be vulnerable during construction. We install security enhancements, set up monitoring, and start the weekly maintenance routine when we begin the development process.
We reach out if we need your input to manage anything funky. You let us know if you see anything weird too so we can get it sorted.
